You need to catch the bus to Dakshinkali and get off at Chovar. If you are traveling by private transportation then follow the route to Balkhu, Kirtipur Campus gate, and then Covar. When you reach Chovar and walk or drive for around 50 meters you will see a big hoarding bord called Whoopee Land. From that point need to walk or drive around 20 meters you will see the gate of the Whoopee Land. Unfortunately, there is no parking space owned by Whoopee Land and outside you can park anywhere and need to pay some parking charge too.
