Today is the first day of the trek to walk and need to walk for around 6 to 7 hours. Walking through the lush forest and on the bank of the river and crossing the suspension bridge. Villages like Dovan, Bamboo, and Rimche need to pass while climbing up. Along the way, there are chances to encounter the Langur monkeys and other wild animals. The view of the honey hive between Dovan and Bamboo is eye-catching for all the trekkers. Even the local people will enjoy that view from the jungle.

Ascending is always a challenge on the mountain hills so today while going to Lama Hotel there will be a climb up to Rimche after crossing a hanging bridge. Nevertheless climbing up in the shadow of the jungle will make your climb a bit easier and the resting places will keep you rest and maintain the speed of going up. Lama hotel is on the bank of the river so if you go there in the daytime you can enjoy the river sound and a little bath in the clear water.
