Our trek is going well, and today we walked to Manang. As our plan, we started our journey a bit earlier than other days. Because we knew today we have to walk a very long way to reach Manang. Today was one of the longest days so today is the long and tried day to arrive in Manang. When I woke up the weather was not so good and also the weather forecast said today will be a bit cloudy and cold. But when we commence our walk to Ghyaru. We found warm sun and a bit of blue sky.
Ghyaru is our first stop and the viewpoint as well. And need to climb a zigzag way to reach there. After the hard walk, we finally reached Ghyaru. The mountains and landscapes view was getting better and better so that we enjoyed the amazing view of Mount Annapurna second and other mountain peaks and the Pisang and Humde valley. We drank a cup of hot tea and took so many photos from the viewpoint in Ghyaru. Walked around the stupas and swing the prayer wheel to pray for good trek and weather. We stayed there for almost an hour.
Then we continue our journey to Nawal. Along the way, there are roads everywhere so trekking trails are vanished and make it easy to walk but walking on the road is not nice. While walking from Ghyaru to Nawal the amazing mountain view was getting better and better. And we enjoyed that view and on the trail, there are some Buddhist stupas that added more beauty to the upper trail. After one and half hours we reached Nawal where we had lunch. Nawal is a beautiful Himalayan valley and this is the place to end the Nar Phu Trek.
Lunch was so delicious and we love that very much. That delicious food gave us the energy to walk to Manang. But we already felt that today is the long and tried day to arrive in Manang. Again we continue to walk on the road; walking on the road is really irritating and feeling a bit of pain in our legs. After around two hours we reached Braga. Braga is also a beautiful village and there is located a beautiful and historical Buddhist Monastery.
And we took a tea break in Braga. That tea and cookies boosted our energy to walk to Manang. And that took around 30 minutes to reach Manang. Today was our longest and most tried day of this trek. Today was the longest day but very beautiful as well so overall we had a great day. And we will have the rest day tomorrow.
