After a short and easy first day today our Annapurna Circuit Trek series day 3 was a bit long and hard. Because we walked from Taal Village to Tamang, this is the normal ACT trekking itinerary but for the 67 years old lady a bit tough.
But she walked perfectly for the whole day and we walked for 6 hours to reach Temang. Definitely, we took some breaks along the way such as tea breaks, toilet breaks, lunch breaks, and breath breaks as well.
From Taal, we crossed the man-made wooden bridge, because the proper suspension bridge was swept out by a flood last summer. After crossing the bridge we climbed to the road then followed the road to Dhanaqu via Khotre, Dharapani, Bagatchhap, and Nosang. From Dhanaqu we climb up to Temang and climbing was very tough and took a long time to reach Temang.
We ate lunch at the Nosang village in a guest house and they provide the best food in the region. And the hotel is called Apple garden Hotel and guest house. After lunch, we continued our journey to our destination, and along the way, we met some other trekkers. Seeing that I felt tourism is coming back after the covid 19 pandemic.
In the afternoon the weather changed, everywhere was covered by clouds and looks like going to rain soon. After some time it started to rain and we were a bit nervous after seeing the weather forecast on the internet. However, I was optimistic that the whether will be clear during daytime.
We had dinner the delicious dinner together and plan about next day and said good night to everyone. Overall our Annapurna Circuit Trek Series Day 3 was fantastic and we enjoyed a lot.
