Cost-wise also not that expensive, during this trek you can have a room between 3/5$ and each time food will cost in the same amount. Requires the normal ACAP trekking permit and that will cost $30 per person and TIMS card $20 per person. And you can use it for another trek such as Annapurna Base Camp and Mardi Himal Trek at the same time. But you need to do these continually without exit.
In the middle hill, most of the places there are living Magar, Gurung, and Tamang communities. In the Annapurna region, there are living Gurung and Magar people. During Poon Hill Trek one side you will discover the Magar community and another side Gurung community. Therefore to do this trek means an opportunity to witness both cultures in a short time.
At Thikhedunga, Ulleri, and Ghorepani there are living Magar people and on another side Banthanti, Tadapani, and Ghandruk there are living Gurung people. Day 1 Drive from Pokhara to Birethanti and trek to Ulleri
Day 2 Ulleri to Ghorepani
Day 3 Hike up to Poon Hill for sunrise view and trek to Tadapani
Day 4 Tadapani to Ghandruk trek and drive back to Pokhara.

Day 4 Tadapani to Chhomrong
Day 5 Chhomrong to Himalaya
Day 6 Himalaya to Annapurna Base Camp
Day 7 ABC to Bamboo
Day 8 Bamboo to Ghinu Danda.
Day 9 Ghinu Danda to Kyue and drive back to Pokhara.
To continue to Mardi Himal Base Camp the itinerary will goes like this.
Day 1 to day 3 follow the same trail as Poon Hill Trek.
Day 4 Tadapani to Landruk
Day 5 Landruk to Forest Camp
Day 6 Forest Camp to High Camp
Day 7 Hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp and trek down to Badal Danda
Day 8 Badal Danda to Siding and drive back to Pokhara.

Autumn – September, October, and November
Winter – December, January, and February
