How to get to the Godavari for Phulchoki Hiking

Godawari is the base camp for the Phulchoki Hiking and It’s the place itself popular for visitors. So that every weekend thousand of visitors visit Godawari with their friends and families. In Godawari there is a beautiful Botanical Garden where we can see varieties of plants. Not only the Botanical Garden there are other attractions to see such as a man-made lake, Buddhist stupas, Monasteries, and Hindu Temples too.

To get to Godawari first you need to drive to Lagankhel Buspark or Saat Dovato. Lagankhel Bus park is an easy option to get a bus and microbus to go to Godawari. From Lagankhel Buspark take a bus or Microbus and it will take around half an hour from there. If you are traveling by private vehicle then drive to Lagankhel and Saat Dovato and drive to Godawari.

From Godawari need to follow the blacktop road and along the way you need to buy an entry permit. After some time you will fetch some houses before entering the jungle. There is the road to Phulchoki hill also there are shortcuts to walking trails.
