Manaslu conservation area has two popular treks, Tsum Valley and Manaslu Trek. The combination of these two treks is Tsum Valley Manaslu Trek. This trek is a longer version of the cultural and natural observation of the Manaslu region. And it’s the best trekking for those who are looking for a deep cultural and natural connection.

Tsum valley is an isolated territory inside the Manaslu conservation area. Offers the unique culture and folklore of the people who are living there. Classic trekking trails into the dense wilderness and typical villages to reach Mu Gumpa; the last place where people are living in Nepal side. And a few hours walk from Mu Gumpa to reach the border with China (Tibet) and Nepal.

The symbolic Buddhist religion in the Tsum valley has so many different monasteries, Stupas, Mani walls. Every day in every house they worship Guru Rimpoche and other Buddhist deities. All the rituals in that locality are a bit similar to Tibetan and Buddhism. More interestingly there is a culture one women marry all the brothers in a family. However, this tradition is changing nowadays because people are getting educated and living separately.

Manaslu area again provides the dynamic trek experience in the Himalayas of Nepal. Walking on local townlet to access daily lifestyle, culture, and tradition. Beautiful natural sources such as landscapes, rivers, and the views of the mighty Mt. Manaslu and other snowy mountain peaks. Larke Pass 5106m to reach the Annapurna Circuit Trekking region. So the combination of these two treks is called Tsum Valley Manaslu Trek.
