Way to Tilicho Base Camp

Beautiful but scary walk to Tilicho Base Camp. Today again we had a beautiful day to trek from Shree Kharka to Tilicho Base Camp. After breakfast in Shree Kharka, we started our walk to Tilicho Base Camp with the beautiful sunshine and white Mountain View at a panoramic angle.

The trail to Tilicho base camp is a proper trekking trail because there is no road construction. After hours of walk, we crossed the hanging bridge but the trail was taken away by a landslide so we walked on a very difficult trail to reach on top of the hill.

From the top, we enjoyed the dramatic landscape view and the breathtaking mountain view. And we looked at the trail in the landslide areas where we have to walk very preciously. We left from the hill too after spent a beautiful time.

After some time we reached the landslide area and we started to walk in distance. We walked in the distance because in that area normally stones are rolling downstairs very fast and we could see and be aware of each other. Continually walked in the distance till crossed the landslide areas.

Around 4 hours later we reached Tilicho Base Camp. And we ate lunch and prepared our room. And then we hiked a bit up to acclimatize and back to the hotel. Unfortunately, in the evening time, Mr. Rob fell down and bang his head on the wall but luckily that was not very serious.

The whole afternoon we spent bathing in the sun outside of the hotel. And today we ate dinner earlier; than normal time because we need to wake up the next day very early in the morning. 

So that we spent our day well but we have to be scared and aware very much when we walked in the landslide area.
