SAFF Women’s Championship 2022 – Nepal and Bangladesh going to battle for the trophy

Nepal hosting the SAFF Women’s Championship 2022 football match between September 06, 2022, to September 18, 2022. During this championship, Nepal Women’s National Football Team played very well. In the group stage, Nepal played against Bhutan National Women’s Football Team and won by a 4 – 0 goal. And the second match was won 6 – 0 against Sri Lanka. And the semi-final against India was won by 0 – 1 and reached the final against Bangladesh. 

Nepal National Women’s Team created history by defeating India by 0 – 1 in the Semi-Final. Because it was the first time Nepal beat India in any kind of football match. Nepal always lost against India and this time Nepal prepare a good team and was able to win against India. This time National Women’s Football Team was very balanced and played good football. At SAFF Women’s Championship Football match Nepal had been 5 times in the final and always lost to India. 

This time Nepal’s opponent is not India so Nepal is hoping to win the title of the SAFF Women’s Championship for the first time. And all the team members such as players, coaches and other support staff are working very hard for that. But the best player in the Nepal squad is suffering from dengue and hopes she will be back on the team for the final against Bangladesh. 

I watched the SAFF Women’s Championship 2022 Semi Final Match Nepal vs India with my family.

I am so in love with football games that is why I love to watch matches in the stadium. This time I went together with my family wife and daughter to watch the Semi Final match of the SAFF Women’s Championship 22 football match Nepal vs India. We arrived at the stadium at 4:45 PM because the match was going to start at 5 PM. We bought a ticket and went to the stadium when we were there. There were already so many people in the queue to buy tickets. After getting the ticket even the same number of people are in line to go inside the football ground. 

The atmosphere of the stadium was chanting Nepal Nepal Nepal and ultimately Nepal won the match too. I found that my daughter also loves football games. Because even she was also shouting Nepal Nepal Nepal with the other people. This is the second time that I watched a football game in the stadium. The first time I watched the A division league football match was with my family. 

And I am sure that I will go to watch the final match of the SAFF Women’s Championship 2022 between Nepal and Bangladesh.
