Delightful day at Manang

Today was our rest (acclimatize) day at Manang 3540m, staying in Manang is always a delightful day. Because Manang is one of the biggest and most facilitated villages in the Manang district. This village is located 3550m above sea level. This is one of the villages of the trans-Himalayan region.

It is our rest day but we hiked to the viewpoint and Gangapurna lake. Unfortunately, Gangapurna Lake is vanished now because of the snowslide during the summer season. However, we enjoyed the Mountain and glacier view from the viewpoint. The last few days were not that good views but today we had the best weather till now and we utilized the good weather by taking the photos as much as we can.

The hike was about 2 and a half hours and the view of the mountains was breathtaking. Sun was shining and the temperature was very good too. So we took some photos of the mountains and ourselves. Luckily the tea shop on the viewpoint was opened and we drank a cup of tea enjoy the taste of the tea with the amazing mountain view.

After hiking to the viewpoint we backed to the hotel we washed our clothes and we did a hot shower. The shower was nice and warm. After a good shower, we ate lunch at the hotel. And after lunch, we fixed our shoes. Because in the next few days, we have to walk in the snow when we go to Tilicho Lake.

In the evening we walked around the Manang village and ate some good bakery items with pure Himalayan coffee. Overall we had the very best day. And as usual, we spend a delightful day at Manang again.
